My 16-week online program guides you through a for-credit math course provided by a BC public school. I’ll teach you the big ideas and how to apply them in our weekly “Main Class With Matt.” Then you’ll work during the week with my amazing team for tutoring, help with classwork, support with organization and deadlines, and sessions for tests and quiz prep.
My expertise is helping kids who learn differently (with learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism, or other neurodiversities) — unlocking their interest in math, and helping them get a good grade in their math course without boring drills, standardized instruction, or one-size-fits-none lectures. Instead, I get to know each and every student’s way of learning. I use that to teach in a way that’s dynamic and personalized, helping kids really store what they’re learning. And I make math approachable and understandable — even fun to learn!
My students don’t just get their online course done, or get a good mark — they learn math in a way that’s energizing and meaningful. It builds confidence!

I don’t get it, are you a school? Do you give credit yourself?
“No! I do not work for the school system - I work for you. You’ll enroll in an online public school (we’ll help you with this), and me and my team will support you as you complete the course in just 16 weeks. ”
How do I get credit for my class? Is it the same as a credit from any BC school?
“You get credit by completing the assignments, tests, and projects from your online course. The credit is the same as what you’d get at any other BC school, and it counts the same towards university and other post-secondary programs. ”
Why does it cost money then?
“You’re paying for a private program that supports kids who are taking math from a public BC online support. You get all the rad service described above. It’s designed especially for kids who learn differently, and goes beyond what’s provided by the public system. ”
How good do you need to be at math for this course?
“As long as you show up and put the work in you can be at any level of ability (as long as you’ve completed the prior course). We love working with kids who think they can’t do math. ”
What if I am pretty good at math? Will this course be too easy or simple?
“If you’re good at math, this course is a great way to take your grade to the next level. We’ll give you customized practice sets, and focused instruction on how to eliminatee the remaining holes from your game! ”
